Day 12 - Neptune Beach, Smelt Sands

Yes, it is a bird.

And then the photography starts. All dogs must wait.

This is a fossilised footprint of a giant laser-breathing lizard, believed to be Godzilla.

It is also believed this is the fossilised foot of Godzilla.

Herman the androstodod and his best friend Anastasia rabbidal.

I'm soooooo bored.

Prudence pigeon watches over her flock.

Arrival of the Emissary. Yes the emissary is a cat - consider yourself warned.

The beach is always watching. And waiting.

Dove Raycroft checks her six.

Burdon the blow fish puffers on.

Once again, the mighty onslaught invasion of the tiny blue jellyfish comes to naught. One day, one day, they will succeed. And they will win.

No matter where we go - we always find Skippy.

We are reminded once again of the power of the ocean.
